As of Dec 6th, 2025, we have NEW outside reeds for the 2023-26 TBI bikes. These must be used with our fiberglass or metal reed strips for a power gain. The reeds can bee used with the stock reed stops, if you are just looking for more reliability against breaking. These work on the 125/150/250 and 300 KTM / HUSQVARNA / GAS GAS TBI BIKES. Many of the handlebars on the 2024-26 KTM and GAS GAS bikes are hard bolted down. Funny thing is, the tapers are already there for someone to make dampers. So we did, and then we improved them again. This is a custom designed intake boot reshaping piece, for the 2024-26 KTM /HUSKY / GAS GAS 500 and 501. Installing the Powerlips Intake on this 24-26 KTM 500 isn't hard. Just remove the reeds from the stock intake boot and replace with the Powerlips Intake. It never hurts to spray a little soapy water. This intake setup is more effective for making power than ANY other intake configuration. This intake setup can only be used when there is enough fuel going to the engine. Took off for a beach day. Made a few changes to the new intake tract part and dyno tested it. HUGE gains. Took a road trip to ride from Quincy, Wa to the backside of the Gorge amphitheater. Also a real power bundle review
