Below or above 54 psi on the new style KTM pumps and you are lean or rich. So it's not a good thing when all the aftermarket pumps I'm testing are way off. Beware before you walk home

The first CCP holder we made solved a problem. It kept the sensor from leaking and making the bike run rich. The new holder is designed for performance. The problem is till solved but now changes are there to focus on performance. A new shape and internal diameters strengthen the pressure signal to the ecu. After dealing with some low end blubbers and fouled spark plugs, that came out of nowhere, I found that the spark plug cap was coming off. I cut 1/2" off of the end of the spark plug wire, screwed the cap on until it was tight, and no more problems. An instant fix and a whole new bike

At pinit racing we've finally figured out the correct porting changes on the 300 TBI cylinders. This SX cylinder gained a lot of power, just fixing the casting problems. Thing is, if you don't know what you are doing and have the right tools to cut the nikasil plating, you will quickly ruin your engine. So trust the one that knows.
