The biggest weak link for mid- top power in the 24-26 300 XCW / TE / EC is the ECU. The stock one just does not open the power valve soon enough or fast enough. There is no other way to fix this. No mechanical thing can fix something electrical, so just let us tune your ECU. You can keep using the stock oil injection or go to pre mix by using our oil pump delete dongle. 2024-26 KTM 300 XCW stock dyno runs at 1/4 , 1/2 and full throttle. The bike is all stock and has a pretty good documented air leak which we went over in our previous vid. 300 XCW engines holding vacuum, or pressure, is critical to the bikes performance. Especially when it comes to the crankcase pressure sensor monitoring it. This engine had a big leak at the stock sensor to stock holder joint with us applying only 1 psi of pressure to the engine. It should be able to hold 7 psi to function correctly.
