So all great news pal. The carb on the 125 changed everything. He won all his races for the first time ever. Pulled holeshots and never looked back. All of the other bikes were in a dead line and he was 3-4 bikes ahead to the first turn. He's chuffed . That's happy in USA speak. It's funny how much money and time and blown engines we went through, trying to find this kind of power. But like you said, it's ALL about intake filling and if you can't get it in there with velocity x flow, it will never make the power. You could just leave your pump in there, honestly. But, if you want more fuel capacity, you can use our tank cap and take the stock pump out. Here is how to do that

A lo to people know how to re time the electronic power valve on the KTM TBI engines. But they pull the power dongle to soon from the harness and the setting don't take. You must leave the wake up dongle in there until the dash lights finally go away. When you are switching from the TBI to carb set up, you must do this as your first step to set up the PV to the new ecu, that is programmed for the carb
