Power Lips Intake for 2024-26 KTM / HUSKY / GG 500-50

The most advanced intake reshaping insert on the market for 2024-2026 500 / 501 bikes.  Only for usa and Canada spec bikes
 
This insert provides the length, smooth flow and velocity needed to add up to 3 horsepower over any other intake design. This works better than running just no reeds, our aluminum intake tube, or the air boot from the 450 bikes or euro bikes.
 
You can see from the 4th pic here, that the stock intake shape (once the reeds are removed) is way too short and misshaped, to make serious bottom end and midrange.
 
3D printing allowed for making the perfect insert.  A lot of  development and some computational fluid dynamics software, designed something only a 3D printer could shape.
 
To install, remove your reeds from the intake. Then just spray a little soapy water on it, and it slides right in and won't budge until you want it to.

If we have already reprogrammed your ECU for more fuel, it does not need to be changed again. If your ECU is stock, it will need to be reprogrammed to add fuel if you take the reeds out of your bike.
