Pro X " A " Piston W/ Cut Intake For 2014-2026 KTM 300

 
These are genuine Pro X "A" size cast pistons. 
 
These are great pistons at a price far less than stock or Vertex pistons
 
We have already pre cut the bottoms of the intake tabs, so it won't hit the crankshaft. 
 
The stock pistons and any piston that isn't cut, for the 23-27 300 TBI bikes, run the risk of the intake side hitting the crank and exploding the top end.
 
     All piston we sell, are already cut a little shorter on the intake side , to avoid problems.   
 
It's the stretching and compressing of the crank rod and the rocking of the piston that lets the skirt touch the crank, at the higher RPM's, and it's disaster when it does.  
It's not a time thing, like waiting for 100 hours of riding and then do it.  It's a mechanical thing and can happen anytime. So cover your ass and change the piston while you can.
