2024 - 26 KTM/HUSKY 300 XCW / TE cylinder porting

 
This is a service.  You would have to send your cylinder in and turn around is normally 7 working days. 
     The dyno chart you see if from the SX bike.  The XCW bike does not make this kind of power up top, but the GAIN between the ported and unported cylinder will be very similar.
     The dyno chart you see is just the cylinder that came off of the bike, ported and then re installed.  All other parts remained the same.  You can see in the last 4 pics, that there is a large amount of nikasil casting slag on all the ports windows.  Also, one of the ports windows is to small and needs re shaping.
     We don't raise or lower the ports, only reshape them.  This leads to better cylinder filling and easier exhaust flow out.  Getting rid of the sharp, rough slag, all over the edge of the exhaust ports, also reduces hot spots and the chance of seizures.  
     The dyno shows a true 3 hp gain and this is easy to achieve, because the finish of the stock cylinder, leaves that much to be desired.  
     Price includes return shipping to you but no insurance.  You should purchase the shipping insurance separately if you want it.  Your cylinder will bee returned to you in the condition it arrives.  If you send a muddy greasy mess, you'll get back that same muddy greasy mess.  So please make sure it's clean
